轉知-IBA「The Future is Now: Artificial Intelligence and the Legal Profession」研究報告，及IBA調解委員會調解程序應用AI之指引「GUIDELINES on the use of generative artificial intelligence in mediation」

針對人工智慧（Artificial intelligence，AI）在這幾年的崛起，IBA（International Bar Association）為了因應AI對法律行業的衝擊及影響，與AI及數位政策中心CENTER FOR AI AND DIGITAL POLICY於2024年9月聯合推出名為「The Future is Now: Artificial Intelligence and the Legal Profession」之研究報告，檢驗AI對於律師事務所、對於法治及對於律師倫理規範之影響。

IBA調解委員會（IBA Mediation Committee）依據該委員會對於生成式AI在調解領域應用之研究結果，於2025年6月推出了於調解程序應用AI之指引「GUIDELINES on the use of generative artificial intelligence in mediation」，內容包含如何將AI納入調解程序、於調解程序應用AI之風險、於調解程序應用AI之聲明等。
